Ramlegh Springs ELC and Swim School

Quadrant Building is proud to have delivered an Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Swim School for Clyde North residents.

This project took place over six months and involved our ongoing coordination with the childcare and swim school operators, as well as multiple internal stakeholders. Our team also managed and coordinated the building works.

The single level, 850sqm childcare centre caters for 108 children of all pre-school ages, while the swim school is two-stories with an 810sqm building footprint.

The end result was a successful childcare and swim school that met our client’s operational and compliance requirements.
