By providing us with your personal information, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Policy.

2.2 You may visit this website anonymously. However, we give you the opportunity to provide us with some of your personal contact information and any other further information you would like to provide (which we will only use for the purposes described in this Policy) so that we may interact with you, adequately serve you and perform our regular business function. In these circumstances it is not practicable for you to operate under a pseudonym.

We use Google Analytics to track trends and behaviour on our website, so we can ensure to provide more relevant content that you as a visitor wish to view. We use this analysis to improve content and functionality of our website and a better user experience. We also use Google Analytics advertising features including remarketing, demographic and interest reporting. These features help to target our advertising efforts so our messages are being sent to those most likely to engage with them and find them useful. 6.5 We will not disclose your personal information to a recipient which is located outside Australia.

7.2 If we provide your personal information to our associated entities or other affiliated organisations, we will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure those third parties have adequate policies in place to provide similar protection of your personal data and privacy in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of any third parties.

7.3 We will actively review the personal data we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymise it, when there is no longer a legal, business or consumer need for it to be retained.

8.1 This website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties (“Linked Sites“). This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of any Linked Site. The Linked Sites are not under our control and as such, you acknowledge and agree that we accept no responsibility for the conduct of the operators of the Linked Sites and/or in respect of any breach of data protection or privacy laws arising out of your interaction with a third party or a Linked Site (whether or not you accessed the Linked Site via a link from our website). Your use of any Linked Sites will be subject to the terms and conditions of use and service contained within each Linked Site. You are responsible for your use and access of Linked Sites and for any information that you provide through such sites

9. Access 

Where required by law, we will, on request, provide you with access to the information we hold about you including for the purpose of correcting or updating that information. We may recover from you our reasonable costs of supplying such access, but will not charge you for lodging the request itself. Access to personal information will be given in the manner requested if it is reasonable to do so. If we refuse to provide you with access to information we hold about you, we will provide you with written reasons for the refusal and inform you of any exceptions relied upon under the Australia Privacy Principles. Your request for access will be dealt within 30 days from the date we receive it.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is relevant, accurate, complete, and up-to-date whenever we collect or use it.
