This project took place over six months and involved our ongoing coordination with the swim school operators and multiple internal stakeholders. Our team also managed and coordinated the building works.

The swim school is two-stories with an 810 square meter building footprint. The end result was a successful childcare and swim school that met our client’s operational and compliance requirements.
