Tarek Abdulnour

Director & Co-Founder
With 21+ years’ experience and a wealth of long-term clients, Tarek is a true leader in the construction field.

Tarek is the name behind many first-class developments in prominent Melbourne areas – including Brighton, Mont Albert and Armadale. From retail facilities to broadacre properties, his portfolio is notable and longstanding.

As genuine and hardworking as they come, Tarek has a true knack for getting the job done. A strong negotiator who delivers exceptional outcomes time and again, Tarek is one person you’ll always want in your corner.

Fraser More

Senior Project Manager
As an expert in architecture and building, Fraser brings invaluable insights to his role at Quadrant Building.

Fraser has worked in the construction field for more than a decade. In this time, he’s delivered successful projects across public and private hospitals, aged care, retail and residential property.

Meticulous in nature and passionate about the technical side of construction, Fraser’s positive attitude and excellent communication skills solidify him as a key player on our team.

Jason Khouri

Construction Manager
Jason brings extensive experience – both on and off-site – to the Quadrant team.

He has a holistic skillset, having worked across boutique apartments, townhouse developments, extension and commercial work, and in contract administration and project management.

Jason is also an expert in administration and onsite methodology.

To date, Jason has managed, supervised and assisted the construction and development of several projects, including 70 Howitt Road, 102 Caulfield Road and 38 townhouses in Mernda.

Nick Petrovski

Senior Contract Administrator
With a keen eye for detail and strong project management and problem-solving skills, Nick is an invaluable asset to our project delivery team.

Nick brings over 17 years of construction experience to Quadrant Building, with his industry expertise complimented by a double diploma in Building Surveying & Building Construction.

As Senior Contract Administrator, Nick is responsible for managing our supplier and trade relationships as well as estimating and quantity surveying.

Nick thrives on delivering projects within scope, timelines and budget, with an aim of maximising our return on investment.

Chris Abdulnour

Contract Administrator/Site Manager
Chris is a qualified and experienced contract administrator.

With six years’ experience as a contract administrator, Christopher is doing what he does best at Quadrant Building.

Before joining our team, he was a project coordinator for a 45-townhouse retirement village – and a contract administrator for a luxury beachside development of 15 triple-storey townhouses.

He has also overseen 20 projects for the Director of Housing as part of DHHS’s initiative to fight homelessness.

Christopher holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management from Deakin University.

Solen Deng

Contracts Administrator
, Solen has over eight years’ experience and holds a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Melbourne.

Solen's day-to-day involves coordinating subcontractors, estimating and managing contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Diligent, humble and hardworking, Solen thrives in our team-orientated environment, valuing the collaboration his role entails.
